We are pleased to announce that a new Collective Agreement was ratified yesterday between the Mount Royal Staff Association (MRSA) and Mount Royal University Board of Governors (Board) for the period of July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2024.
The new agreement will be compiled and posted online as soon as possible with follow-up joint implementation sessions being held for both managers and MRSA members.
Many people contributed to us arriving at a new Collective Agreement. We thank both the MRSA and Board bargaining teams for their diligence and hard work over many months of bargaining, and for always keeping the best interests of students and the University at heart.
