The MRSA acts as the bargaining agent for all Staff, and enters into a Collective Agreement concerning the terms and conditions of work and employment. All Employees of Mount Royal University covered by the Mount Royal Staff Association Collective Agreement are required to pay monthly dues to the Association. This provides the benefits and rights of the agreement.
The MRSA Constitution was last updated September, 2013. The Constitution is the official document of the fundamental principles in which the MRSA is governed.
The MRSA Governance Committee is working on a Record Management Schedule for all MRSA Policies and Procedures. This committee is also charged with creating new policies and procedures as well as updating current documents.
