1) EXECUTIVE BOARD
Vice-President: One member; two-year term 2025-2027
Candidates must be full-time employees or full-time continuing term employees and commit to a twelve (12) month serving capacity, regardless of their employment hours designation. Candidates are recommended to have served a minimum of one (1) year as a representative on the MRSA Executive Board or have relevant experience.
Director at Large: Four (4) members:
i) three (3) two-year terms 2025-2027, and;
ii) one (1) one-year term 2025-2026
Candidates must be full-time employees or full-time continuing term employees and commit to a twelve (12) month serving capacity, regardless of their employment hours designation.
Director at Large: EDIA: One member; two-year term 2025-2027
Candidates for the role of Director-at-Large: EDIA must be full-time employees or full-time continuing term employees and commit to a twelve (12) month serving capacity, regardless of their employment hours designation.
2) COMMITTEE
Education, Development and Training (EDT): Three (3) members; two-year terms 2025-2027 _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________
PROCEDURE FOR NOMINATIONS:
- Complete the Nomination Form* if you would like to nominate yourself or a colleague;
- Confirmation of Nomination sent to nominees;
- Complete the Nomination Campaign Statement* if you would like to accept a nomination.
* Please note, the links to the Nomination Form and the Nomination Campaign Statement form were emailed to members on April 3, 2025.
TIMELINES:
- Nominations open: April 3 – 16 (closes at 4 p.m.);
- Candidates announced: April 23 and may campaign until May 6;
- Elections open: May 7 at 9 a.m. and close on May 8 at 4 p.m.;
- Results announced: May 9
