Director at Large: Four (4) members:
i) two (2) two-year terms 2024-2026 (to June 30, 2026), and;
ii) two (1) one-year terms 2024-2025 (to June 30, 2025) Candidates must be full-time employees or full-time continuing term employees and commit to a twelve (12) month serving capacity, regardless of their employment hours designation.

PROCEDURE FOR NOMINATIONS:
- Complete the Nomination Form if you would like to nominate yourself or a colleague;
- Confirmation of Nomination sent to nominees;
- Complete the Nomination Campaign Statement if you would like to pursue a nomination.
TIMELINES:
- Nominations open: Oct 2 – Oct 16 (closes at 4 p.m.);
- Candidates announced: Oct 21 and may campaign until Nov 1;
- Elections open: Nov 4 at 9 a.m. and close on Nov 5 at 4 p.m.;
- Results shared: Nov 6
