You are invited to attend the General Meeting, in-person or via livestream, on May 18 from 10:45 a.m.-12 p.m.
The meeting documents have been emailed to members and are located in the MRSA Staff folder.
The hybrid meeting will be conducted in J301: Lincoln Park Room for those who would like to attend in-person.
A link has been provided for members to watch the livestream; access to the live stream will only be available to @mtroyal.ca email accounts. This meeting will be recorded.
During the meeting, the following motion will be presented. If you are watching the livestream, when prompted, please use click the link provided to approve or oppose the motion:
- A motion to approve the 2022 General Meeting Agenda (the link will be active to accept responses on May 18 at 10:45 a.m.)
Members are invited to submit questions and comments for the Executive Board ahead of, and during, the meeting via the link provided.
Collective Agreement Article 7.3 states:
“Time off with pay shall be granted up to a total of two and a half (2.5) hours to be used over two meetings to Association members for the purpose of attending the Annual General Meeting and the General Meeting provided these occur during the Employee’s normal working hours…”
