To enter the costume contest:
1) Sign an image release waiver and have your photo taken. Photos will be sent out in a Google form for voting.
2) All staff will be eligible to vote prior to 10 a.m. on Nov 1 via the google form.
3) Winners will be announced by 4 p.m. on Nov 1.
There will be a prize for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
