As efforts continue to re-establish the ApplyEDT online platform after the cyber incident, we are aware that members are receiving “Email Failure” notices after submitting applications or fulfilling the completion step.

Please note, applications and completion documents are being received; the automated email function is not working correctly. Applicants do not need to re-submit their applications. Work is underway to fix this error.

If you would like confirmation that your application was submitted or your proof of completion document was received, please email the EDT Committee.

Applicants will receive an email notification and reference number once their application or proof of completion has been reviewed by the committee. If you do not receive a reference number within seven days of submitting your application or proof of completion, please email the EDT Committee.
