MRSA members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting, in-person or via Google Meet, on November 25 from 10:45 a.m.-12 p.m.

The hybrid meeting will be conducted in J301: Lincoln Park Room for those who would like to attend in-person. Coffee, tea and doughnuts will be available at the meeting.

The link to attend the meeting online has been emailed to members. If you are unable to join us, the meeting will be recorded for later viewing.

During the meeting, five motions will be presented:
1. Motion to approve the November 2026 Annual General Meeting Agenda
2. Motion to approve the May 2026 General Meeting Minutes
3. Motion to approve the November 2025 Annual General Meeting Minutes
4. Motion to accept the 2026 AGM Reports for Information
5. Motion to approve the July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 MRSA Financial Statements

The agenda packet is located in the MRSA Members folder on Google Drive.

Members are invited to submit questions and comments for the Board of Directors ahead of, and during the meeting.

Collective Agreement Article 7.6 states:
Time off with pay shall be granted up to a total of two and a half (2.5) hours to be used over two meetings to Association members for the purpose of attending the Annual General Meeting and the General Meeting provided these occur during the Employee’s normal working hours…
