Do you have a passion to empower MRSA members to advocate for individual and collective rights and interests? Are you looking to build member engagement, and improve MRSA visibility and recognition? Would you like to grow personally and professionally, to develop your leadership skills, gain unique experiences, and make lasting connections with colleagues across campus? If so, we need you! The following positions are currently vacant on the MRSA Board of Directors:
Director at Large: Two (2) members:
i) one (1) two-year term 2026-2028 (to June 30, 2028), and;
ii) one (1) one-year term 2026-2027 (to June 30, 2027)
Candidates must be Full-Time Regular Employees and commit to a twelve (12) month serving capacity for the entirety of the expected term, regardless of their employment hours.

PROCEDURE FOR NOMINATIONS:
- Complete the Nomination Form if you would like to nominate yourself or a colleague;
- Confirmation of Nomination sent to nominees;
- Complete the Nomination Campaign Statement if you would like to pursue a nomination.
TIMELINES:
- Nominations open: Oct 8 – 23 (closes at 4 p.m.);
- Candidates announced: Oct 28 and may campaign until Nov 12;
- Elections open: Nov 13 at 9 a.m. and close on Nov 16 at 4 p.m.;
- Results shared: Nov 17
