Your MRSA Collective Bargaining Committee has reached a tentative agreement with Mount Royal University Board of Governors for the renewal of the 2024-2028 period. The committee unanimously endorses this agreement for ratification by the membership. Please review the documents emailed to you to consider your decision.
Next Steps
- A vote for ratification of the collective agreement will occur starting September 5, closing at 4:00 pm on September 8. The vote to ratify will be sent to you directly in a separate email on September 5. If you don’t receive the vote please email mrsa@mrustaff.ca immediately.
- Notification of the results of the ratification vote will occur early on September 9, 2025.
- Once confirmation of ratification by both the MRSA and the MRU Board of Governors occurs you will have a new effective collective agreement. It is expected that the Board of Governors will advise of their decision to ratify the collective agreement by September 9, 2025.
